Why stay blocks from the beach when you can stay on the beach? We are extremely proud of our oceanfront location, and we would like to share it with you.



We offer eight units, all in the same beachfront building.  Each unit is within just a few steps from the sand. 



We are ideally located on the beautiful Pismo Beach oceanfront/beachfront just steps from the Pismo Beach Pier and downtown restaurants, shops, breweries, and wineries.  The Oceano Dunes, where you can drive on the beach, rent ATV’s, and have a bonfire, are only one mile away. Enjoy spectacular Pismo Beach sunsets from the comfort of your rental, or walk a few steps to enjoy from the beach.

Each of our eight comfortable vacation rentals are ideally located on the beautiful Pismo beachfront at 117 Ocean View. Every unit has a spectacular view of the ocean and are within a few feet of the sand. Our rentals are situated on the award winning Pismo Beach boardwalk adjacent to the Pismo pier. A leisurely stroll along the boardwalk will lead you to dozens of Pismo’s award winning restaurants, plentiful nightlife options, wine tasting, shopping, even a bowling alley and much more!
